Hope Valley CareCare and internet

Internet and Starlink

Install and support. Not a reseller.

A service line of Hope Valley Care, not a second company. We survey, mount, cable and support Starlink for Perth metropolitan homes. More than 500 customers already connected. You buy the plan and kit from Starlink. We make it work on the roof and inside the house.

What the visit covers

  • Site survey: sky view, mount point, cable run, power.
  • Install on roof, fascia, pole or ground mount.
  • Router and Wi-Fi so the back rooms work, not only the kitchen.
  • A walkthrough of the Starlink app with someone who lives there.
  • Follow-up when weather, firmware or a knocked cable takes the link down.

Starlink service and hardware are sold by Starlink. Australian residential plans start around A$75 a month depending on the plan — check starlink.com/au before you order. Our quote is survey, install and support only.

Straight answers

Are you official Starlink?

No. We install and support. We are not an authorised seller and we do not bill the monthly plan.

Do you travel outside Perth?

No. Perth metropolitan only. If the address is regional, we will tell you before anyone drives.

Can NDIS pay for the internet?

Most household internet is private. We will not invent a funding pathway. The telecom job is priced on its own.

Do you fix ordinary Wi-Fi?

Yes, as part of an install or as a paid call-out inside the metro: mesh, cabling, dead rooms.
